The 28-year-old former Buffy actress looked fierce in a nude Kimberly Ovitz dress, Tory Burch necklace and Marni heels.

But it’s not what you think. According to a source Shannen Doherty “is putting final touches on a reality-type series to show her ‘lighter and funnier’ side”.
Really?
The show, which for the moment is titled Shannen, will have the actress star and produce.
That’s the best title they could come up with?
The source continues: “She’s excited about it, because she doesn’t want that stigma anymore of being a bitch.”
It’s worked for almost 20 years, why stop now?
As far as the format of the show, that’s still up in the air, but there’s a possibility it may have “scripted elements”.
Of course it will. It’s not reality television without some sort of fake element. Just ask the Kardashians!
Hopefully this will work out better than her 2006 series Breaking Up With Shannen Doherty. What you don’t remember that show? Neither do we.

Apparently writer/director of Showgirls Marc Vorlander is in the development stages for a sequel called Showgirls: Story of Hope. Hope being a minor character in the original played by “actress” Rena Riffel who would reprise her role.
Two Hollywood producers are said to be interested in the production with a $25 million budget! Filming would take place in Frankfurt, Germany as the plot states “it’s about a stripper who died from a dose of contaminated cocaine. Her brother comes to Frankfurt to find the responsible and revenge.”
Sounds HOrrendous!
